Fruits around 60-82°F. Greenhouse or outdoor Shiitake strain. This variety produces the largest mushrooms with the thickest ﬂesh. Slow to fruit (10 months-1 year) but with the longest production life by 20-40%, and yields mushrooms up to 7-1/2" across. 1,000 plugs, enough to do about 30 - 4" diam. x 40" long logs.
Note: Logs produce mushrooms for years without the need to re-inoculate. This holds true for all species of mushrooms.
