If your order did not seem to go through, there are two possibilities:

1. You entered a Discover or American Express credit/debit card. Sorry, in spite of those pesky card logos which we don't seem to be able to get rid of, we only accept VISA or MasterCard.

2. The billing / customer address you entered does not match the address in your credit card account, which is used to authorize your purchase by Authorize.net. Please log in and correct your address. The shipping address can be anywhere.

3. You have a shipping address outside the continental USA. Foreign customers should email or phone us for their cost of international shipping.
