If your order did not go through checkout, there are two possibilities:

1. The billing address you entered may not match the one in your credit card account, which is used to authorize card purchases. Please check your billing address and, if necessary, correct it. You shipping address can be anywhere in the U.S.

2. You may have a shipping address outside the continental U.S. In this case, you should email or phone us so we can calculate your shipping and handling fees.
